Validity:

An electronic gift voucher purchased in the e-salon is valid for one year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is indicated on the electronic gift voucher received.

The electronic gift voucher is valid for the services of the "Ashraf Massage Salon", you can book a
convenient time on our website.

The GIFT voucher can be paid several times until the full amount is used. An electronic gift voucher is a one-time one. After payment, it becomes invalid. If the amount of the prices of the procedures exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the difference must be covered by the customer.

If you do not use the full amount of the voucher during the first visit, you must use the remaining amount within 2 months.
You can use the gift voucher or its balance to make a subscription purchase.

If you want to cancel your visit, you must do so at least one day before the scheduled time. In case of no-show for the booked visit without prior notice, a 50% service fee applies.

If you do not report your absence 24 hours before the visit, the voucher is considered used.
